At Empowered Servants Global Initiative (ESGI), we believe that small acts of love, placed in the right hands at the right time, create lasting impact. We commit our time, skills, and resources to support vulnerable individuals in our communities — guided by the teachings of Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
Our Journey
Empowered Servants Global Initiative founded by Mr. Lendert Bajuil and Co-founded by Mrs. Janet Ayobami Chukwuka, began in Lagos Nigeria, with five(5) volunteers, and has now grown to over a hundred (100) volunteers across four(4) Geopolitical Zones in Nigeria. Our mission is to expand our scope of influence to every nook and cranny of Nigeria and to every island of the world, through your support.

What We Do
Our Non-profit Organisation is dedicated to making the world a better place through these initiatives which shows the things that we do
🍞 Feed the Hungry
Providing food supplies, groceries, and meals to individuals and families who lack access to basic nourishment.
🏠 Shelter & Hospitality for the Homeless
Offering temporary shelter support, accommodation assistance, and safe spaces for those without a home.
👕 Clothing for the Needy
Supplying clean, decent clothing and essentials to restore dignity and meet practical daily needs.
💛 Caring for the Sick
Visiting the sick, offering emotional and spiritual support, assisting with basic medical needs, and standing with them through recovery.
🔐 Prison Visitation & Hope Restoration
Encouraging inmates through visitations, mentorship, spiritual support, and pathways to reintegration and new beginnings.
The Empowered Servant Program
A structured service system where each team of 5 servants supports selected beneficiaries for up to 6 months.
How It Works
Servants identify people in need and are prayed over and confirmed
₦40,000/month dedicated to support beneficiaries
Weekly visits, mentorship, practical help & prayer
Full transparency & reporting to a coach
Our Impact System
Weekly report to coach (every Sunday)
Audio/video documentation where possible
Clear transparency & guided disbursement
Who Can Join
Requirements:
One that is willing to pray for those in need & has compassion to help
One that has integrity and is trustworthy to serve those in need through the organization
You Receive:
A personal coach that you will be accountable to and opportunity to network and fellowship with other people
₦40,000 monthly support budget
Practical ministry experience and a deeper walk with God through service
