Thanksgiving and New Month Reflections

Hello House, and happy new month of March 2026.

We are grateful to God for His sustaining grace and mercy. As we step into a new month, we are reminded once again that our mandate as a community is to stand in the gap for one another—especially for families facing silent struggles.

Family Profile: The Ozomah Family

Mr. and Mrs. Ozomah are a devoted couple blessed with four children. They have been married for twelve years and remain deeply committed to each other and to their faith as Bible-believing Christians. Despite the growing economic challenges in the country, their bond, unity, and love remain strong and unshaken.

They share life together with remarkable harmony, supporting one another through seasons of abundance and lack.

Present Challenges

In recent times, Mr. Kingsley’s business has declined significantly and is no longer viable. This downturn has had a serious impact on the family’s welfare. There have been weeks when the family—including the children—has gone days without food.

The weight of these challenges has also affected Mr. Kingsley emotionally. Once known for his sociable and lively nature, he has become withdrawn and visibly burdened. Although some friends occasionally take him to construction sites for daily labour, the work is inconsistent and unreliable, offering little stability for the household.

Compassionate Intervention Through ES Support

Moved by compassion and the desire to encourage both Mr. Kingsley and his family, I felt led to intervene using Jesus Money. An amount of ₦10,000 was disbursed to support the family and help meet immediate needs.

The family received the support with great joy and gratitude. Beyond the financial assistance, the gesture served as a reminder that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten.

Appreciation and Acknowledgements

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Lendert and Pastor Philip for their kindness, generosity, and consistent heart for people. Your support continues to make moments like this possible and impactful.

Closing Note

At ESGI, we believe that restoring hope often begins with meeting practical needs. Each act of kindness strengthens families, uplifts spirits, and reflects God’s love in action. We remain committed to standing with those in need and building resilient, faith-filled communities.

Thank you for partnering with us in service.
